4. Delivery and Shipping

We ship throughout India. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Anand Plastic Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the courier.

5. Quality Assurance

All materials supplied are tested in our ISO 9001:2015 certified laboratory. We guarantee that products meet the specifications provided at the time of delivery. Any quality concerns must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

6. Returns and Refunds

Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt in original, unused condition. Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective material.

7. Limitation of Liability

Anand Plastic Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
